Winter weather advisory for Saturday morning | Weather

Dubois, Perry, Hancock, and Ohio Counties are under a winter weather advisory for Saturday.

The area expected to see deteriorating conditions are those mainly areas along and east of U.S. 231 including Jasper, Huntingburg, Tell City, Hawesville, Lewisport, Hartford, and Beaver Dam.

Snow will ramp up in the predawn hours on Saturday, according to meteorologist Byron Douglas.

Daytime accumulations around an inch with isolated higher amounts.

Temps should be in the mid to upper 30s on Saturday which should help the snow melt later in the day.
