Ohio County Hospital has recently added new enhanced magnetic resonance imaging system (MRI) technology.  With the conversion of the Intera 1.5 system to a 16 Channel MRI system, patients and physicians in the region can now access some of the latest-generation imaging scans.  This MRI system enables faster and higher-resolution scans, resulting in high image quality and potentially more accurate diagnoses.

In addition, the hospital says patients will experience many comfort-related features that make getting an MRI a more positive experience.
