Christmas Celebration in Beaver Dam December 1 | Events

Beaver Dam’s Christmas Celebration and Parade is set for Saturday, December 1.

City officials say there will be plenty of activities for families including live entertainment, the lighting of the city’s Christmas tree, holiday open houses at local businesses, a Christmas ‘cookie walk’ and some surprises. 

Things get underway at 2 p.m. but the 5K run/walk will get things going earlier in the afternoon.  The city's 2012 Christmas ornaments will go on sale that day as well.  The Beaver Dam/Hartford Christmas Parade begins at 6 p.m.

Winners of  the kids coloring contest and home decorating contests will be announced as well.
