Beaver Dam Foundation gets Perdue grant | Community Spirit
The Ohio County Artists Guild's search for a new, permanent home got a boost recently when the Arthur W. Perdue Foundation presented a $5,000 check to the Beaver Dam Foundation.
The money will be used to help the Artists Guid secure a permanent location, according to our media partner, the Ohio County Times-News. that will enable the Guild to conduct educational classes and programs on a regular basis.
The Perdue Foundation was established in 1957 as a means of supporting the communities with whom they do business. The Perdue facility in Cromwell helped push the grant to the Artists Guild.
